The facilities may vary depending on availability and the period of stay. They should therefore always agreed and confirmed at time of booking.

Reservation policy
Reservations are confirmed after the payment of a deposit or credit card coordinates.
In case of reservation with deposit payment, our bank coordinates will be sent by e-mail; the amount of the deposit is usually 30% of the stay amount and agreed during the reservation.
In case of reservation with credit cards, no deposit will be charged in advance.
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
if it is cancelled later, the amount of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation policies could be modified, but allways agreed by e-mail before booking confirmation.
